Job Description

Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets Monitor project costs, variation orders, claims, monthly joint measurement sheets, and site instructions Prepare progress claims, final accounts, and documentation for Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), Loss & Expense claims Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers Ensure effective cost control throughout both pre-contract and post- contract stages Coordinate effectively between internal departments Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Relevant experience in the construction/project management industry Good knowledge of contracts, costing, and tendering processes Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Good coordination and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive remuneration package Career advancement opportunities Supportive and dynamic working environment
