Job Description

  • Conduct raw material inspections for all incoming materials used in Insignia production.
  • Evaluate and approve confirmation samples to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct final quality control (QC) inspections of all manufactured items at vendor premises.
  • Participate in the processing and evaluation of customer repairs, claims, and shop returns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
