Roles and responsibilities:

• Knowing the quality standards for rice, lentils, and millets. A good grasp of food safety rules (HACCP and FSSAI).
• Manages and regulates the production of rice, pulses, and millets, including the release of products.
• A CPG quality report is made every so often.
• Deal with customer concerns and figure out what caused them. Visits and audits of super stockiest and traders help make sure that quality is met.
• Using outside labs to look at raw ingredients and completed goods.
• Checking and giving the go-ahead for artwork. Make sure that TPU units satisfy criteria for food safety and quality.
• Creating requirements for CPG processes and products. Lower the risks to food safety during the production of CPG and make sure the quality of the products stays high during the procurement of raw materials.
