Key Responsibilities

1. Lease Renewal Management

  • Manage and monitor lease renewals for existing retail stores.
  • Ensure renewal letters and tenancy agreements are executed within the stipulated timeline.
  • Prepare renewal notices, confirmation letters, and related documentation.

2. Landlord Relationship Management

  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords on matters relating to:
    • Lease renewals
    • Store closures
    • Change of ownership
    • Operational and tenancy-related issues
  • Maintain effective relationships with landlords to facilitate smooth negotiations and timely resolution of issues.

3. Tenancy Administration

  • Coordinate with the Legal Department to review, negotiate, and finalize tenancy terms and conditions with landlords.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.
