Role Overview

This role supports the Project Planning team in coordinating with local authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, compliance with regulations, and smooth project execution for developments in the Southern & East regions. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage submissions, track approvals, and liaise with relevant agencies to keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project planning schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, planners) to prepare and submit plans to local authorities.
• Track progress of submissions and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant government departments and statutory bodies.
