Executive, Project Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

Supporting Bid and Business Development teams during bid exercise for project being pursued; § Prepare the financial budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial due diligence on the external stakeholders as and when required. § Responsible for the financial operations of project during construction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Bid Submission

• Review the contracts under consideration. Support the Manager in managing financial clarifications and deviations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all required financial documentations are secured and submitted, including financial statements, bid bonds, and commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for successful bid submissions.
• Prepare the financial models for potential projects by integrating contractual terms and project parameters. Assist in developing scenarios to aid strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
