Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Supporting Bid and Business Development teams during bid exercise for project being pursued; § Prepare the financial budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial due diligence on the external stakeholders as and when required. § Responsible for the financial operations of project during construction.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Bid Submission
Review the contracts under consideration. Support the Manager in managing financial clarifications and deviations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Ensure all required financial documentations are secured and submitted, including financial statements, bid bonds, and commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for successful bid submissions.
Prepare the financial models for potential projects by integrating contractual terms and project parameters. Assist in developing scenarios to aid strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
