- Plan and prepare daily meals in accordance with menu and nutritional standards
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with SFA and food hygiene regulations
- Work closely with instructors to involve trainees in kitchen activities (e.g. food prep, plating, cleaning)
- Support training of culinary skills and kitchen safety to trainees
- Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained and properly handled
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and purchasing needs
- Prepare food for internal events or catering projects as assigned

Job Requirements
- Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Possess 2 years of working experience as a Cook
