What You ll Do

As an Executive Portal Support at LevelShift, you will:

Handle user access requests, role assignments, and permission changes across Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and other integrated portals.

Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues (login errors, workflow glitches, project access issues, etc.) within defined SLAs.

Review, configure, and implement approved changes such as fields, forms, workflows, and reports in Zoho application...
