We are seeking an experienced PMS and Business Reporting Executive to join our FP&A team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving performance management, financial reporting, and business insights across the organization.

Key Highlights of the Role:

  • Lead monthly PMS preparation, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling scenario planning.
  • Deliver management MIS reports and dashboards with SAP-driven automation.
  • Monitor order inflow, backlog, and pipeline execution for revenue visibility.
  • Act as a bridge between finance and business teams, ensuring accurate data and actionable insights.
