Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Management Executive to coordinate KPI planning, monitor monthly performance across departments, and support a structured appraisal system aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate KPI setting and cascading across all departments in line with company and manufacturing targets.
Monitor and consolidate monthly KPI submissions from all departments.
Track performance against targets and prepare reports for Management review.
Administer performance review and annual appraisal processes.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance records as part of evaluation criteria.
Maintain and update employee performance database and documentation.
Support performance improvement initiatives and identify training needs with HODs.
Submit summarized KPI report to top management when required
