Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant (eventually can transition to a full-time role) to support the founder of a regulated fintech company operating in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok, with expansion into France.

This role focuses on administrative coordination, documentation, payroll preparation support, and follow-ups with external parties across multiple legal entities. Tasks are generally non-urgent but require strong organization and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across multiple company entities
  • Manage and prepare documentation for banks, landlords, accountants, and partners
  • Review long forms, identify required sections, and collect supporting documents
  • Support KYC and compliance-related admin work
  • Prepare payroll-related spreadsheets and documentation
  • Coordinate with accountants and internal stakeholders
