About this Role

The College is looking to appoint a highlyorganised, enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to Senior LeadershipTeam to provide high quality administrative support to the Deputy Principal,Vice Principals for Curriculum & Quality, Planning & Resources, andStudent Services. In this role you will support the Senior Leadership Team inall aspects of their work; this requires high attention to detail, the abilityto manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and respond accordingly to a changein priorities.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the Senior Leadership Team, thiswill include managing their diaries, arranging and minuting meetings as well asmanaging all correspondence.
