We're looking for an
Executive Operations & Social Media Assistant
to support a fast-growing, sales-driven business. This role focuses on social media execution, admin coordination, light sales support, and day-to-day operational follow-through.

This is ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable executing without constant direction.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Maintain posting calendars and organize content assets
  • Assist with first-touch outreach and lead tracking
  • Support inbox and calendar coordination
  • Create basic graphics and materials using Canva

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting executives or ops/sales teams
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for business use
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable working full-time in U.S. Central hours
