Primary Responsibility of the role

Act as a go-between for HR and AWWA Home.

New staff orientation:

  • Orientate staff on home rules & regulations, layout of AWWA Home
  • Help staff settle in to AWWA Home
  • Arrange new staff induction
  • Develop and conduct training to support staff transition and confidence at work, including service quality training and scam prevention.

Dorm Management:

  • Monitor occupancy of dorms, determine whether dormitory vacancies can accommodate planned new staff arrivals and the number of stay-out applications to approve if required. Schedule the timing of moving out and new staff arrivals to maximize dormitory occupancy

Stay out management:

  • Rank the stay-out applications in order of priority according to designation, service length, discipline etc.
  • Obtain the endorsements from RO and Director before informing selected staff that their stay-out applications...
