I run multiple businesses:
• A multi-location gym brand
• An online fitness brand
• A consulting business helping gym owners and client-serving businesses grow
We are scaling and restructuring our backend.
I'm looking for a high-level Executive Assistant who can combine:
• Operational execution
• Marketing coordination
• Light BDM mindset
• Systems thinking
• Attention to detail
This is not a beginner VA role.
This is for someone who understands outcomes.

2. You understand that as a consultant: Traffic → Database → Conversations → Clients → Retention → Revenue.
Everything we do supports that chain.
Your job is to make sure execution happens fast and clean.
Responsibilities
Operations
• Manage payroll
• Maintain KPI dashboards (weekly updates)
• Track metrics across social, ads and sales
• Maintain CRM systems (GoHighLevel)
