Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive briefings.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Operations & Coordination
- Track strategic initiatives and follow up with departments on deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist in monitoring company KPIs and preparing executive dashboards.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between departments.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
