We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Operations Assistant to support multiple members of the leadership team. This role is central to keeping leadership operations running smoothly, ensuring visibility into key metrics, and supporting internal communications and training efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling priorities across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Administrative Support
· Manage attendance tracking for team members and ensure accurate records
· Review and approve employee timesheets in a timely manner
· Handle ad-hoc administrative requests to support the leadership team
· Provide day-to-day operational support across multiple leaders

Reporting and Metrics
· Prepare and distribute morning reports for the leadership team
· Gather, organize, and summarize metrics to support leadership preparation for client calls
