Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Operations and Support Assistant to assist with a range of administrative, communication, and operational tasks for the CEO. This role requires strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks. You will be trusted with sensitive information and need to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prioritize and manage the CEO's inbox and calendar, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders
– Draft, send, and follow up on emails to clients, partners, and contacts
– Handle invoice preparation and tracking
– Create and maintain organized reports using Google Sheets and other tools
– Support task management through Asana or similar platforms
– Maintain personal and professional contact networks
– Assist with project prioritization to ensure timely completion of critical tasks
