Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make reimbursements / payments to customers including but not limited to utilities
- Invoice customers for their charging usage
- Reply customers’ enquiries related to aftersales matters
- Support any other aftersales activities such as whitelisting customers for any promotional plans, operationalising new stations, maintaining the operational database, and any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or any related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong proficiency in Excel and IT systems
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
