Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make reimbursements / payments to customers including but not limited to utilities
  • Invoice customers for their charging usage
  • Reply customers’ enquiries related to aftersales matters
  • Support any other aftersales activities such as whitelisting customers for any promotional plans, operationalising new stations, maintaining the operational database, and any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or any related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and IT systems
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
