Job Description

An Executive and Operational Trainee you will learn from a leadership perspective the key administrative, operational, and strategic function required to support a General Manager’s Office. The Trainee will participate in cross‑departmental exposure throughout the hotel and gain essential knowledge of hospitality operations.
**What will I be doing?**
An Executive and Operational Trainee will support the General Manager’s Office in daily functions while gaining exposure to core hotel operations.
+ Support with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, managing communications, and following up on action items.
+ Gain exposure to key operational departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to understand daily functions.
