Responsibilities

  • Identify Automation & Digitalization (AD) opportunities at sites with the aim to improve productivity/cost saving/positive customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Operations Leads to drive AD agenda in their sector and ensure effective implementation.
  • Be involved with new business projects to identify better ways to innovate the current work process.
  • Lead process improvement projects and process transformation through automation, digitisation and mechanisation approach.
  • Develops local best practices, policies and procedures of the respective division's existing operational processes and systems, new legislations & improve the performance standards.
  • Facilitate the project coaching and tollgate with the project leader.
  • Progressive update on the project implementation to the SMT.
  • Work closely with the vendor to follow-up on the project progress till the project completion.
