WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Oversee the performance of critical applications related to Alternate Delivery Channel services, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and security.
  • Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolutions for all operational complaints.
  • Maintain and manage operational reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve service reliability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO8583 & ISO20022 and payment switches (EMV/NFC/Tokenization).
