Executive Officer in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534497) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 4 to 5 years’ full-time work experience in large-scale events and conference management. Previous working experience in a tertiary institution or public organization will be an advantage. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and be able to work independently and under pressure.
