Supply Chain Manager – JD & KRA

Responsibility (Job Description)

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch and logistics
  • Ensure timely availability of material (Panels / Inverters / BOS) as per sales forecast
  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouse team and internal stakeholders (Sales / Accounts)
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortage or excess
  • Track orders from placement to delivery and resolve delivery issues proactively for inward.
  • Ensure compliance in quality checks, packing standards, and damage prevention
  • Work on cost optimization including freight negotiation and reducing overall supply chain cost
  • Improve process efficiency through SOP, MIS reporting and automation
