As the Executive Manager Program Capability, you will support and coordinate the delivery of complex transformation and product initiatives that underpin nbn’s one to three‑year strategic roadmap. You will bring coherence, rhythm and momentum to a diverse portfolio of work, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic intent while enabling sustainable change, capability uplift and confident market adoption of new products.

A core focus of this role is people leadership. You will lead a highly technical team of architects operating in a pool‑based model, partnering closely with Engineers across Wireless and Satellite, Core and HFC technologies.
