Executive Manager, Lending Capability and Coaching

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspiring leader to join our Home Lending leadership team as Executive Manager - Lending Capability & Coaching. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the capability strategy for our lending workforce, ensuring our teams have the skills, confidence and coaching support required to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, drive sustainable performance, strengthen risk judgement and maintain a strong risk culture.

As a strategic leader, you will partner closely with senior business stakeholders to design and embed industry-leading capability programs, coaching frameworks and leadership development initiatives. Your deep lending and credit expertise, combined with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, will be critical to influencing senior leaders, building organisational capability and ensuring our workforce is equipped to exercise sound credit judgement while delivering for our customers.<...
