What’s the role? 

The Executive Manager – Governance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing risk governance across the Business & Wealth Division. Reporting to the Head of Divisional Business Controls and Monitoring, the role provides strategic oversight of risk frameworks, governance processes, and executive and board-level reporting. This role will be crucial for key risk committees and forums, ensuring effective decision-making, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise risk standards. The role will partner closely with senior leaders across Business, Wealth, Risk, and Control functions to drive consistent governance practices, manage operational risk matters, and support the delivery of risk strategy.
