Key Responsibilities:

AMC / OEM Logistics (Acer / Lenovo / Asus):

• Ensure same-day dispatch of branch LC parts against available demand.
• Ensure no parts remain pending in the field for more than 10 days.
• Share daily updates on field-pending parts with branch engineers, Branch Manager, and reporting manager.

Courier Process Management:

• Manage daily courier transactions and maintain detailed daily dispatch reports.
• Track courier parcels end-to-end until delivery confirmation.
• Validate monthly courier vendor invoices.
• Ensure courier vendors submit invoices on the VBM portal by the 7th of every month.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding local courier vendors when required.
