Job Description
Monitor all import and export activities across MR. D.I.Y. worldwide, responsible for all matters related to shipping functions.
Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of logistics data including:
- Shipping lead time and cost
- Reliability and cost effectiveness of Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization.
To ensure the import & export delivery process is continuous following the rules and procedures set by the Logistic department.
Assist in delivery planning for special commodities such as FDA, and CE on regulated items.
Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions. Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & other related shipping documents.
Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
