Executive Customer Relations Specialist (Onsite – Warren, MI)Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Executive Customer Relations Specialists to join a dedicated team supporting escalated customer concerns post-purchase. In this role, you will work directly with customers experiencing complex issues that require advanced problem-solving, empathy, and high-level service.
You’ll be responsible for evaluating each situation, determining urgency, and selecting the most effective communication method (phone, email, or text) to drive resolution. This position plays a critical role in protecting customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and preventing potential escalations.
Location: Warren, MI (Fully Onsite) Schedule: 8-5 or 9-6 M-F
