Job Description

  1. Preparation of training schedule in coordination with all the relevant verticals
  2. Create new training programs in LMS and help teammates in creating new training masters
  3. Maintenance of training documents (Physical and Digital)
  4. Maintain training data and able to do various analysis on the same
  5. Maintain various training related KPI like training days, Passing %, No show %, etc.
  6. Sending training invites
  7. Send out periodic dashboards and reports to different verticals.
  8. Generate Ad-hoc reports on need basis
  9. Assist Airports, bases and different department in Audits
  10. SPOC for LMS related issues with LMS vendors
  11. SPOC for different training vendors
  12. Handling of instructor rosters
