Executive, Learning & Development

The position will support the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels.

  • Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc.
  • Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program.
  • Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
  • Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs.
  • Drives grooming standards across all departments.
  • Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
