Roche Singapore Technical Operations (RSTO) is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our Tuas site. You will drive manufacturing excellence, champion safety and quality culture, and deliver lifecycle-aware, cost-efficient operations with strong cross-functional collaboration across the global Roche network.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep pharma operations knowledge, and a proven track record in cGMP environments to ensure on-time delivery of life-saving medicines.
