Imagine a daily routine where you aren't just interviewing candidates—you are strategizing with VPs from Google, Directors from Netflix, and Executives from Spotify.

Note: You will not be sourcing (scouring LinkedIn). We have a dedicated team of sourcers for that - they will schedule your Zoom calls for you. Your sole focus is screening, engaging, and closing high-level leads on the vision of becoming an ELVTR instructor.
