Job Purpose: Responsible for executing end-to-end welding operations and ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of welding processes on the shop floor. The role involves maintaining welding machines and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement in welding quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end welding operations as per specifications and process guidelines. Ensure welding quality standards are maintained through regular inspection and adherence to quality check points. Identify and rectify welding defects using appropriate techniques. Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and minor breakdown handling of machines to minimize downtime.
