• Manage smooth onboarding of new joinees, including introduction to respective managers and establishing connect with employees. Post onboarding support and query resolution for all HR related matters.

• Conduct employees connect activities (one to one meetings, -day meetings, fun at work activities)

• Provide necessary business relevant information to HRBP to help take correct management decisions.

• Handle employee queries and grievances. Respond within defined TAT involving necessary stake holders.

• Nurture a positive work environment.

• Keeping records and manage timely confirmation, probation extensions for new hires and internal transfers.
