Job Description: Onboarding & Documentation - Manage end-to-end onboarding activities including employee documentation, offer formalities and coordination of background verification (BGV) processes. Exit Management - Handle complete exit formalities, from resignation acceptance to final clearance, full & final settlement coordination, and documentation. Leave & Attendance Management - Monitor employees leave records and attendance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Employee Engagement & Relations - Support employee engagement initiatives, address employee queries, and assist in maintaining positive employee relations across the organization. HR Letters & Records Management - Prepare and issue HR-related letters (appointment, confirmation, appraisal, exit, etc.) and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
