Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: This role supports the day-to-day HR operations while working closely with business leaders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. The position focuses on
hands-on HR operations, employee support, and process implementation , while providing basic advisory support to managers on HR matters.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for executing HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers on HR matters, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring HR processes are implemented effectively and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
