**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, etc.) for Mexico and US employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, partnering with legal or compliance teams as needed.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams/vendors to ensure smooth processing and resolution of employee inquiries.
- Assist with policy implementation and updates in accordance with local regulations.
- Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions; provide guidance or escalate when necessary.
- Assist in process improvements and standardization of HR operations across both countries.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
