Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento platform
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
- Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions
- Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community
- Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy
Requirements
- VP+ or C-suite human resources leadership experience
- 20+ years of experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals
- Experience within technology companies or high-growth startups
- Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
- Capacity to work 3-5 hours per week
- Based in North America or Europe
Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching certification
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
