New opportunity for an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join the leadership team at this 4* based in Accra, Ghana. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality, guest experience & developing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness & guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, & motivate housekeeping staff
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventories, & cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, & hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering teams

  • Fluency in English required
  • Previous experience in Sub Saharan Africa
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within 4* hotels
  • Excellent communication and people-management abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping systems & best practice
