Executive Housekeeper

This is a full-time Executive Housekeeper position at St. Giles Southkey Johor Bahru, based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout the hotel.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are cleaned to the highest standards

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to optimise efficiency and service quality

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels

Recruit, train, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high performance and professional development

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues
