Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guestrooms and public areas.
  • Set and achieve productivity and expenditure targets in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to build a motivated, skilled, and high-performing team.
  • Manage rostering, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained, and oversee the accurate completion of timesheets.
  • Address guest complaints and ensure feedback is shared with the Front Office Manager.
