Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service to loyalty guests, manage membership, and assist with events and enrollment, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests.
  • Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information.
  • Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment.
  • Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members.
  • Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.
