Deliver exceptional service to loyalty guests, manage membership, and assist with events and enrollment, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests. Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information. Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment. Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members. Assist with Special Events and Promotions. Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.
