Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer

Overview

Responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient and reliable performance of building systems, including ACMV, Electrical, Energy monitoring and other integrated services. Provide support in overseeing the performance of outsourced maintenance service provider in ACMV and BMS systems for the hospital and ensure functionality as well as serviceable at all times. To audit and monitor service standards rendered by specialist vendor and outsourced maintenance service provider. Work closely with Trade Lead in capital nature replacements, systems and ACMV improvement projects as well as to coordinate and support hospital's A&A works.
