Job Description
Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:
+ Handling shift maintenance activity for Oral dosage manufacturing area.
+ To ensure compliance of GMP/GEP/GDP.
+ To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guide lines
+ Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
+ Analyzing Data or Information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
+ Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts and equipment.
+ Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise to team for critical equipment repairs.
+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
+ Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Motors & Drives, control valves & switches, VFDs, Relays, and different electronic circuits, motors, star delta starters, relay, Panel & switch gear, Contractor
