Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing, maintaining, and/or designing High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems in commercial or industrial facilities.

Core Scope of Works 

The Executive will be responsible for defining and executing technical standards related to electrical infrastructure:

1. FM Design & Engineering Compliance

• Establish and enforce FM design and engineering standards that prioritize electrical safety, energy efficiency, and lifecycle cost.
• Review and endorse design requirements for new developments, refurbishments, and retrofits from an FM operational perspective.
• Provide early-stage input on building systems design (M&E, fire systems, vertical transport) to ensure electrical and maintenance readiness.
