Job Description

The Executive Director provides overall leadership and operational oversight for a community-focused service organization. This role reports into the Board of Directors and is responsible for guiding strategic priorities, ensuring sustainable operations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders including funders, community partners, employees, volunteers, and the public. Working in collaboration with the Board, the Executive Director ensures that programs and services are delivered effectively, regulatory obligations are met, and organizational values are reflected in all activities.
