Strategy
• Build FS Africa business in the context of the overall GCM, CIB and Bank strategy to achieve exponential growth over next 3 years.
• Focus on building a sustainable business by working alongside the GAM's to capture network and domestic business by developing and on-boarding new names and also by up-tiering existing relationships.
• Lead the FS origination efforts in Africa by collaborating with stakeholders and GAM's on the ground and building the FI and Corporate business across the continent
